Basmathi rice-2 cups
G.chillies-4
Cashew-8 nos
Raisins-8 nos
Masala-3c's(cinnamon-1'',cloves-2,cardamom-2)
Oil-4 tbsp
Ghee-4 tbsps
Mint-1 cup
Salt-2tsps
garlic-10 cloves
Onion-1
Water level-1:2ratio
Method
In a pressure cooker fry 3c's in oil when turns colour saute onions.
Now fry chillies,mint,garlic and add basmathi rice and fry for few min..
Grind coconut and strain coconut milk from the ground content.
Measure 4 cups water and add it to the rice.
In a seperate pan fry cashews,raisins in ghee and pour it over the rice before it gets cooked.
Now pressure cook.
When done it can be served along mutton kurma,butter chicken etc..
Notes
1/4 cup Green peas can also be included to the above recipe to give nice colour contrast, but its purely optional.
