Description
This dish is a chettinadu dish.Can be served with sambar rice or rasam.

500 g | Prawns |
500 g | Onions |
500 g | Tomatoes |
2 nos | Dry red chillies |
1 T | Mustard |
2 T | Red chilli powder |
1 T | Corinader powder |
1 T | Turmeric powder |
2 T | Ginger & garlic paste |
2 tsp | Salt |
250 g | Oil |
3 stks | Coriander leaves |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan,and add mustard and dry red chillies.When it splutters,add onions and saute it till the onions become golden brown.Then add tomatoes and wait till it is cooked well and smashed in oil.Now add prawns/shrimp and saute for few minutes.
After 5 minutes,add ginger&garlic paste and sautte continuously for 5 more minutes.Add red chilli powder,coriander/dhania powder,
turmeric powder and salt to taste and stir well.Add 1/2 glass of water and mix well.Wait till the water is evaporated and the oil separates from the dish.Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.Delicious spicy prawns is now ready.Serve it with plain or sambar rice or rasam.
