Ingredients:
Rice – 1 Cup (boiled)
Beans – 100 grams (Chopped)
Onion – 1 medium size (finely Chopped)
Garlic – 10-12 pellets
Ginger – 1 small piece (Chopped)
Green Chilly – 2-3 numbers (Chopped)
Dry Red Chilly – 5-6
Egg – 1
Soya Sauce – 1 table spoon
Red Chilly Sauce – 1 table sauce
Salt- for taste
Oil
How to Prepare:
Heat the cooker. pour some oil and put the washed rice into it and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour 2 cups of water and some salt and wait until the steam comes.reduce the flame and cook it for another 5 more minutes.
Heat the pan and pour 1 tea spoon of oil in it. Fry the Dry red chillies and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Grind this in the mixer without using water and keep it aside.
Pour some more oil into the pan and put chopped ginger and green chilly in it ans stir it for 1 minute. Put the chopped onions and fry it until it becomes golden brown.Put the chopped beans and salt for taste and fry it until it is properly cooked. Put the egg and fry it well. Now put the rice and mix it well with the fried ingredients. Put the mixture of red chilly and garlic and mix it well with the rice. Put 1 TS of soya sauce and 1 TS of red chill sauce and mix it well. Stir this for almost 5 minutes so that all the ingredients gets mixed well. Your Spicy Chinese garlic Rice is ready to be served. Now transfer the dish to a serving plate and garnish it with some spring onions on top.
