Simple Okra Fry

children will like this recipe.

Can be taken as a snack also.

Ingredients
10 no Okra
1 tsp Mustard
1 T Urad dhal
1 T Kalla parupu
3 no Red chillies

Instructions

Heat oil, Splutter Mustard, Urad dhal, Chana dhal or Kalla parupu.

Add red chilles now.

Then add Sliced okras.

Fry the okras well such that it should turn brown colour.

Now add salt and smashed garlic.

Fry okras such that it should turn crispy.

Notes

Cut okras very thinly.

    Is kalla paruppu is peanuts? Tempting too……. You know vegetarians should take lady;s finger as it gives all minerals & vitamins as egg.. its a good substitution for eggs….
