Its kinda hard to feed selective eaters, till now i used to make sambar, chutney with radish, still its so hard to feed as though, tired it out as parathas, its still surprising for me coz these parathas vanished within few minutes, also added store bought paneer just to give a cheesy feel to these parathas..here we go..

Only in summer we can make vatrals/vadams/pappad. Here i gave the method to make javvarisi/jawarisi/sabudana/tapiaco vathal. It takes only little time to prepare. But you can enjoy through out the year.

This style of making prawn fry is from karaikudi tamilnadu. In our home we used to prepare this spicy prawns as a side dish for sambar. we can add it to the rice and have it just like that too….very simple preperation:)

Ingredients:
Fresh chick peas-1 cup
tamarind extract from 1 nellikai alavu puli-1 cup
sambar onion-1/2 cup
garlic-5 no.
karuvepilai
grated jaggery-1 tablespoon
kuzhambu milagai podi
Method:
cook the fresh chick peas separately in water
drain the water and take only the cooked pea
sputter the vadagam in oil and add karuvepilai,garlic & chopped onoin.Fry it well.
Add kuzhambu milagai podi and fry it
Add tamarind extract and boil it with salt.
