Ingredients:
Potato – 2 Nos (Medium size)
Small onions – 100 gram
Grated Coconut – 2-½ cup
Coriander powder – 3 tsp
Green Chillies cut into round – 2nos
Tamarind –
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Oil – 2tsp
Salt – To taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – 2 nos

In a pan pour some oil, add 2 egg's in it, with some salt, stir, and scramble the egg.when done, transfer to a plate.
In a pan, add some oil, add sliced potatoes preferably small pieces, not very thin, nor thick medium piece's would do.
Fry till its gets 3/4th cooked in the oil.
Reduce the flame . Add 2 tsp's of chilly powder, salt, and little pepper powder, stir well, until the potatoes get coated with the powders.
Don't let it turn black, make sure the colour remains red.
Potato when combined with broccoli makes a great dry curry. Would try any combo to include broccoli in my diet and this is my latest venture. This dish goes well with Sambhar or curd rice.
