Mullai,
I love pinto beans, I used to make Sambhar with this, adding 2 tsps coriander powder along with 1 tsp sambhar powder. It tastes very good. Try it and it will be a very nice.
I will try your mashed bean, tastes good, I have tasted in mexican restaurants.
It is not expensive and healthy, tastes awesome, this is a permanent stock item in my pantry.
Looks like a healthy thing. Will try…
Healthy when taken wihtout fat and cheese, which you can always substitue with any vegetable stock. Pinto beans are an excellent source of cholesterol-lowering fiber, folate, and manganese. Also a good source of protein, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, potassium, copper and vitamin B1. Enjoy!!
Thnks for a detailed reply, Mullai.
