A very simple, easy to make and tasty appam
Ingredients | |

1 cup | Rava |
1 cup | Maida |
1 cup | Sugar ( as per need) |
4 nos | Cashews (split into two) |
1 pinch | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 pinch | Salt |
2 cup | Oil (for frying) |
Instructions
*)Mix rava, maida, sugar, cashews, salt and bicarbonate of soda together and keep it aside for half an hour.
*)Heat oil in a kadai and when the oil is really hot pour the above mixture with a laddle.
*)When the appam turns golden color on both sides, take it out from the oil.
*)Let it cool and then serve it as evening snack.
