Description
Pudina Thuvayal goes well with chicken Briyani, Idli, Dosai & can also use for pudina rice.
Ingredients | |

4 tsp | Coconut |
1 bunch | Coriandor Leaves |
1 bunch | Mint leaves |
6 nos | Redchilli |
1 pinch | LG Perungayam |
2 tsp | Uraddal |
1 pinch | Tamarind paste |
1 slice | Ginger |
1 pinch | Salt ( as per taste) |
Instructions
1. Heat the Kadai & add 2 tsp of oil, when it becomes hot add uraddal. Fry till it turns golden color & then keep it seperately.
2.Again heat the kadai & add 1tsp oil, when it becomes hot add 4 tsp coconut scarbed & 6 red chilli, fry it for 3 mints &keep it seperately.
3.Fry Pudina , Coriandar leaves, ginger , LG Perungayam till the raw smell goes.
4.Once it is warm grind all the mixture.
5. Finally add salt & tamarind paste as per taste.
6. Heat the Kadai, add 3tsp of oil, when it is hot add the mustard, Kari leaves & add this paste. Leave it for 2 mintues. Super Pudina Thuvayal ready
Notes
Store it in fridge & can be used for 10 days
