¼ cup | Roasted rava |

½ tsp | Mustard seeds n urad dal |
2 nos | Red chillies |
5 nos | Curry leaves |

Instructions
Soak urad dal for 4 hours n grind them until they turns soft n fluffy…now with add the 2 cups of millet flour to the batter n mix them well, if its hard to mix can with water as per need as well as salt as per need, this batter should be slightly thick dont make them watery…keep overnite for fermentation..
While making dosais, mix them well with a ladle n add roasted rava to the batter n dont disturb the batter for few minutes, this will give the crispiness to the dosai..heat a spoon full of oil in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal n red chilli n let them splutters,chop finely the onion into pieces n add to the oil until they turns transculent n add the curry leaves too, now add this tempered spices to the batter, mix everything n check for the consistency of the batter..heat a tawa n take a ladle full of batter n make them as dosais, drizzle a little oil n cook them well until they turns brownish n crispy..
Serve hot with coconut chutney else with any choice of chutney..
