Tamil to English (UrulaiKizhangu ~ Potato, Pattani ~ Green Peas, Varuval ~ Dry fry) This recipe of mine is similar to the one served during marriage or wedding ceremony as a side for Sambar sadam(rice), boiled potatoes and green peas coated with spicy onion gravy.

Bittermelon & Egg curry/Fry
Heat oil in the pan, then add the sliced potato saute it. then add the crushed garlic and fennel seeds, chilly powder and salt. saute for all the ingredients to mix well and cook in medium heat for ten to fifteen minutes. the delicious quick potato fry is ready.
Sunday special for Vegetarians….Contains lots of protien……My mom used to do every sunday this gravy for us.
