I used to hav vegetable sabji in a naan shop… I love it………… will try this soon……… but i have seen some potatoes & cauliflower in it…….. Let me try ur version……….. I love sabji…………..

Subji idea looks simple, hope everyone would luv this. Just a small friendly suggestion… do not take pictures while the dish is hot… the steam makes a glare and make it go out of focus. Try capturing when the steam settles. Thanks.
