Description
This dish is basically a south-indian dish.Its made with a soya product.

2 nos | Onions |
3 nos | Green chillies |
3 clove | Garlic |
1 inch | Ginger |
5 nos | Curry leaves |
3 stks | Coriander leaves |
2 tsp | Salt |
3 T | Corn flour |
2 cup | Meal maker |
2 cup | Oil – for frying |
Instructions
Soak the meal maker for 30 minutes and drain all the water using a colander.Then grind the meal maker coarsely without adding any water into a paste.Now add the finely chopped onions,chopped green chillies,chopped garlic,chopped ginger,chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves to the grounded paste.Add cornflour, and salt to the mixture and mix well.Now make the mixture into small balls and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai or wok/pan,and when its hot,add the meal maker balls one-by-one and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.Don't over-crowd the pan.Now the delicious and tasty meal maker cutlet is ready.Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney(coriander or mint chutney).

This cutlet tastes good with fried rice,vegetable biryani and also as a snack….
