Masala Vendaikai Varuval

Hi all, i just tried a new recipe with vendaikai (ladies finger). it was tasty and crispy.  appadiya sapidalam. childrens love it very much ,try it out and enjoy.
Ingredients
250 g Vendakkai
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Corn flour
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

Masala Vendaikai Varuval

  • Cut vendaikai length wise and add all the ingrediants except oil.
  • Sprinkle little water and mix well.
  • Heat oil in kadai. add this mixture little by little.
  • Deep fry nicely.
  • And serve it hot.
  • We can serve it as side dish .

Notes

This dish can be done with vazhakai and potatoes also.

    Will be a good side dish for curd rice and sambar sadham Divs…..good one.

    i do the same dish this way Divs, but i dont add corn flour, instead i add little idli podi at the last stage. the taste will b different and nice… i follow the same method for diong brinjal also, it’ll b very nice
