| 2 nos | Jalapeno peppers |
| 1 bunch | Curry leaves |
Instructions
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.Wash them and marinade with the ingredients from table 1and shan masala.Let it marinate for atleast 2-3 hrs.you can even marinade overnight and keep it in the refrigerator.
Heat a nonstick wok or pan and add 3tbsp of oil.add the chicken pieces in batches so that they dont get overcrowded.
close the pan with the lid and let it cook in medium heat for 10 mins.The chicken by itself will leave water.Now open and stir ,look if the chicken has cooked.Fry it for a while till all the liquids are absorbed.At this stage add jalapeno peppers diced onions and curry leaves .Fry them along with chicken,see to it that the peppers and onions are crispy.Repeat till all the chicken are done.
Serve it hot with sliced onions.
Notes
You can use chicken tender or chicken breast boneless.
