15 nos | Paneer (cubed) |
1 no | Onion medium ( chopped finely) |
1 no | Tomato (chopped) |
1 T | Ginger (chopped) |
1 T | Garlic (chopped) |
1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
1 tsp | Red chili powder |
1 tsp | Coriander /dhania powder |
1 tsp | Lemon juice |
1 cup | Milk |
1 T | Butter (can be increased or decreased) |
4 nos | Cashews (finely chopped) |
2 cup | Water |
Salt (as per taste) | |
1 cup | Heavy cream |
Instructions
Initial Preparations
1.Fry cubbed paneeer with litttle butter for few min.(If u want u can dip those paneer in warm water for few min so it becomes much soft while adding in gravy)
2.Fry chopped onions with oil/butter until its turns light brown color and grind them like puree keep separate.
3.Grind tomato,ginger,garlic and cashews.
4.Fully boil the milk.
Procedure
1.Take a pan add little butter/oil and saute grinded onions for some few min until raw smell vanishes.
2.Now add the grinded tomato,ginger,garlic,cashew puree and saute for some 5 min
3.Add water,redchilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt,lemon juice and keep them boiling.
4.Add boiled milk and heavy cream to the gravy and keep them boiling for untill it thickens.
5.Now add fried panneer and boil for 2 min.
Now ur paneer butter masala is ready.
