Groundnut Rasam

Description

This rasam will good for Rice
Ingredients
1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
2 cup Water
1 tsp Sugar / jaggery
Lemon Sz Tamarind
4 nos Curry leaves
1 tsp Oil (for seasoning)
1 tsp Tumeric
2 nos Galic
4 nos G.chillies
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 T Jeera
1 cup Groundnut/peanuts

Instructions

First soak the tamarind and keep a side.Fry only groundnuts

grind g.chillies,garlic,fried groundnuts to make a fine paste.

Now take a bowl add 2 cups of water,in that water mix

tamarind pulp & groundnut paste mix well keep a side.

Take a pan and heat 1tsp of oil,splutter mustard

seeds,jeera,curry leaves,urad dhal,tumeric.Now add the

above water.After boiling add salt & sugar/jaggery.
