1 tsp | Salt (as per taste) |
2 cup | Water |
1 tsp | Sugar / jaggery |
Lemon Sz | Tamarind |
4 nos | Curry leaves |
1 tsp | Oil (for seasoning) |
1 tsp | Tumeric |
2 nos | Galic |
4 nos | G.chillies |
1 tsp | Mustard seeds |
1 tsp | Urad dal |
1 T | Jeera |
1 cup | Groundnut/peanuts |
Instructions
First soak the tamarind and keep a side.Fry only groundnuts
grind g.chillies,garlic,fried groundnuts to make a fine paste.
Now take a bowl add 2 cups of water,in that water mix
tamarind pulp & groundnut paste mix well keep a side.
Take a pan and heat 1tsp of oil,splutter mustard
seeds,jeera,curry leaves,urad dhal,tumeric.Now add the
above water.After boiling add salt & sugar/jaggery.
