Greenpeas Masala Vadai

Usually we use channadal for making masala vadai, i tried it out with greenpeas soaked over nite n grinded with spices..fried as deepfrying this vadai tastes so tasty, colourful  as well as healthy too..can be side for any choice of rice dishes n also can have them as snacks with a cup of hot tea r coffee..give a trial friends..

Ingredients
1 cup Greenpeas(soaked over nite)
1 no Onion(chopped finely)
2 no Green chillies
3 nos Cloves
1 no Cinnamon stick(big)
1 tsp Ginger(chopped finely)
¼ tsp Fennel seed powder
5 nos Curry leaves
Salt as per need
Oil for deep frying

Instructions

Grind coarsely the already soaked green peas with cloves n cinnamon sticks.. cut the green chillies into small pieces..Take off the vadai batter from the mixie r food processor n add the finely chopped onion pieces, fennel seed powder, green chillies pieces, finely chopped ginger pieces,curry leaves n salt as per need..

Heat oil in a kadai..once the oil is hot,take a small ball of greenpeas vadai batter, flatten them as vadai in ur palm n put them into the hot oil..fry them as deep frying…fry them as small batches…

Tasty, crispy n delicious Greenpeas Masala vadais r ready to serve…
