Description
Clean the 1/2 kg fish and mix the above said masalas and keep it aside for 2hour
Chilli powder 1.5 tablespoon
coriander powder 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Chopped small onions 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped Green chillies 4
Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoon
Curry Leaves
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Fennugreek 1 teaspoon
Tamarind Juice 1 cup
Salt
Preparation:
Take 1/4 cup of gingelly oil in a hot pan and add mustard and fennugreek seeds and make them sputter.
Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, Garlic and Curry Leaves. Then saute for 3min.
Add the all the masala powders and saute it for 3min.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 5min. Then add tamarind juice and once it becomes thick kuzhambu, add the cleaned fish pieces.
Then cook it for 5 more min.
