    Half way through making this, I suddenly realized I had no egg. I just diced a potato, carrot and beans, cooked it in the microwave, and added it to the curry (before adding the tamarind mixture) and it came out ok too. Even if you are adding egg, I'd suggest adding the vegetables too. My only complain is that it's too watery – like rasam. Perhaps a little more coconut milk might strengthen its consistency ….

    Seeing ur egg paniyaramm got reminded of Mom’s Egg Paniyaram (big). She used to make it in tadka karandi. A different recipe from u…. Thanks for sharing.
