| 1 MarbleSz | Tamarind |
| 2 tsp | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 2 tsp | Chilli powder |
| 3 tsp | Corrainder /dhania powder |
| 2 tsp | Pepper powder |
| Salt |

Instructions
1.Mix chicken in group 2 ing. and marinate for an hour and deep fry.
2.Serve along with finely diced onions rings.
Notes
1.Wash chicken and strain water.
2.Soak tamarind in 1/2 cup hot water and strain the pulp.
