Quite a lot of ingredients and a lengthy procedure, just have everything ready and proceed with the preparation. Mooli (Radish in english , Mulangi in Tamil) paratha is a north Indian dish. Due to its strong smell many people avoid it ,but by making the paratha in the given method no one can identify its mullangi. It will look like simple chapathi.
