Parathas with Tofu..seems new na!!!!!!…..yep this parathas came out very well for sterday's dinner..would like to share with all u friends..kids wont like that much when we prepare any dishes with tofus but this paratha vanished withing few minutes as they were tasty,slightly spicy n tofu r well mixed with the wheat flour n wasnt that much easy to find out the tofu pieces while eating..they turn out very soft n fluffy parathas..another healthy version of parathas from my kitchen..here we go..
Am always a great fan of Cocontut burfi..so i tired it out coconut burfi along with tapioca pieces(maravallikizhangu) n its tastes awesome…need to follow the same steps as we do for coconut burfi..burfi tastes awesome n colourful to eyes…i just tried with left over already cooked tapioca pieces along with fresh grated coconut n the result was amazing..give a trial friends…
