Chaat yummy…Iam a chaat lover. There are varieties of chaat items .In NorthIndia almost in all state we get chaat. Here Iam submitting the basic chutneys, one by one I will submit few chaat items

Gobhi (Cauliflower) paratha is a North Indian dish.
This vada need no side dish. Different type of vada with cabbage.
Mooli (Radish in english , Mulangi in Tamil) paratha is a north Indian dish. Due to its strong smell many people avoid it ,but by making the paratha in the given method no one can identify its mullangi. It will look like simple chapathi. Elders and children who avoid eating Radish can be given in this way

Vendakkai Sukka (Okra / Ladies finger) is a dry fry item mostly served with rice. A simple twist to this regular fry is adding Idli milagi podi instead of regular masala powders. This gives this dish a unique flavour and special homely touch.
