Easy to make yam fry
Methi Dal
Methi leaves – one bunch
Tuar dal–2 cups
Tomato- 5 to 6 nos
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Garlic pods- 6 to 8
Jeera – 1tsp
Haldi – 1/2 tsp
Mirchi powder – 1 to 2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Wash methi leaves and dal thoroughly.
Put it together in a cooker adding enough water. Add sugar and haldi to it.
Pressure cook it .
Grind mirchi powder + jeera+ garlic to a fine paste.
Clean the 1/2 kg fish and mix the above said masalas and keep it aside for 2hour
Chilli powder 1.5 tablespoon
coriander powder 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Chopped small onions 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped Green chillies 4
Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoon
Curry Leaves
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Fennugreek 1 teaspoon
Tamarind Juice 1 cup
Salt
Preparation:
Take 1/4 cup of gingelly oil in a hot pan and add mustard and fennugreek seeds and make them sputter.
Chilli powder – 1.5 table spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – 2 tea spoon
black pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
Salt
Chicken – 1/2 kg (Clean with hot water and add the above said items and keep aside it for min. 1hr)
Aniseed,Cinnamon,Cloves,start anise
Small Onion – 10 nos (finely chopp it)
tomatoe – 1 small (finely chopp it)
Ginger, Garlic paste
Coconut milk – 1 cup
Curry and coriander leaves
