This simple recipe is from my mom, which is also my favourite. Finally got some confidence to try it by myself.Its similar to masala bread. You can have it as a snack or for breakfast.
Chicken 1/4kg
Ginger (crushed)
Garlic (crushed)
Curry Leaves
Big Onion (finely sliced)
Tomato 1 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Dhania powder 2 tbsp
Jeera powder 1tbsp
Salt
For fry:

Star anise
Cloves
Cinnamon
This is a traditional curd rice which is tempered by spices.
