Description:
Simple and healthy carrot cake.
Ingredients:
1 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cups vegetable oil/peanut oil/light olive oil
1 cups white sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnut/almond/pecan
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Grease your cake pan and keep aside.
3.In a large bowl, beat eggs and then add sugar to it slowly and mix well till pale yellow colour, add vanilla to it n mix.
4. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt without any lump.
5. Now fold in the carrots and nut to it.
6. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 min aprrox or until toothpick comes out clean.
(Check the cake in the ending time so that the cake dont get burnt).
