Soft to eat

Ingredients
250 g Rice
1 nos Coconut grated
200 g Jaggery (powdered)
Water (approx)
Oil (for deep frying)
5 nos Cardamom crushed

Instructions

Soak  rice  for one hour, grind  rice and jaggery to a smooth paste.  To the batter add greated coconut. Heat oil in a deep frying pan  and fry till golden brown and serve hot.

Notes

 Batter should be like dosa batter.  Add cardamom if you wish.

    nice one…even we can add half banana to the batter for softness…..
