How To Make Chicken Legs in the Air Fryer
This couldn’t get any easier! Toss everything together and then hands off. Rest will be taken care by the air fryer!
- Prep the Chicken: Pat dry the chicken legs with some paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Spice it up: In a smaller bowl combine all the spice blend.
- Marinate: toss until fully coated and marinate for few hours.
- Air Fry it: Place them the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 350F degrees for 15 minutes. Flip / toss once in between and then brush with oil. Set temperature to 400F and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Air Fryer Chicken Lollipop – Restaurant style Chicken Lollipop
Ingredients
- 6 medium Chicken Lollipop
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder hot variety, add 1 tsp extra for spicy version
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder for color
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Oil
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tsp Oil for brushing
- 1 pinch Orange food color
- 1 pinch MSG
Instructions
- Pat the chicken lollipop with a paper towel to dry.
- Take them in a bowl or plate. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, yogurt, lemon juice and oil.
- Mix to combine and coat the masala all over the chicken pieces.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to soak up the flavors. Few hours or overnight preferred.
- Pre heat air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes.
- Cook at 350F for 15 minutes turning once or give it slightly toss.
- Brush with some oil or melted butter.
- Now, set temperature to 400F and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
