Masala Verkadalai(Peanuts)

This is an instant snack which is famous in chennai road sides and beach.

Ingredients
2 cup Peanuts
1 no Onion (very finely minced)
1 no Tomato(very finely chopped)
1 stks Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 slice Mango fine pieces(seasonal or optional)
1 tsp Chilli powder
Salt as required

Instructions

Soak the peanuts with skin to 2-3 hrs.Then wash them,add salt and pressure cook in high flame till 3 whistels.open and check if the peanuts are cooked.Now remove the water and keep the peanuts  aside.In a large bowl mix thoroughly  all the ingredients along with peanuts.Taste and add salt if required.

Notes

you can add grated carrots and few drops of lime juice.

see to it that the peanuts are not overcooked.They should be crunchy.
