| 2½ tsp | Sugar |
| pinch | Roasted jeera poeder |
| pinch | Chilli powder |
| pinch | Chaat masala |
| 1 tsp | Khatta meetta chutney |

| Coriander leaves (finely chopped) |
Instructions
Grind the ginger and chilli to a paste. Mash the boiled potatoes add ginger-chilli paste, salt, mix and make a cutlet of the potato mixture and shallow fry in a tava and keep in a serving plate. Mix dahi and sugar.
How to serve:
Place cutlets in a serving plate next to it place dahi bowl ,in the dahi bowl pour kattameeta chutney, sprinkle all dry powders (dont mix) next to it place some sev and coriander leaves.
How to start the dish:
Cut small piece of cutlet pour dahi little with spoon put sev and coriander and have it hmmmm…… really mouth watering
Notes
With this cutlet u can have many chaat like:
Roadside cutlet (hyderabad style):Heat the tava mash the cutlet with ur hands, just stir at this stage u can add panipuri water now slide all the potato mixture with the help of flat laddle in a plate pour some sweet curd sprinkle some onions, chaatmasala, roasted jeera powder ,mirch powder and serve. Same thing with samosa also.
Ragda patties: For the Ragda:
Soak some white peas overnight .Boil the white peas, take some boiled peas and grind and keep separate. Fry some onions ,ginger garlic paste, then add tomatoes fry add chilli powder, haldi, boiled peas mix then add some grind peas mix thoroughly with salt lastly add garamasala and coriander leaves.
How to serve:
Place patties or cutlet on the plate pour some ragda ,pour 1 tsp dahi, sprinkle onions, mirchi, chaat, roasted jeera powders. Same with samosa ragda also
