Cabbage Vada

Description

This vada need no side dish. Different type of vada with cabbage.
Ingredients
1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1 cup Chana dal
1 cup Moong dal
1 tsp Jeera
2 nos Green chillies
Curry leaves
2 tsp Grated ginger
Salt
Oil (for deep frying)
½ tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions

Soak both dal separetly after 2 hrs grind to a coarse paste adding green chillies ,then add shredded cabbage, curry leaves, salt, ginger, jeera make vadas of it and deep fry

Notes

Can be served hot or cold.

      Onions can be added sugan, I have given this recipe bcoz without onion also we can try like this recipes and  person like me who is lazy in cutting onions can also go for it, I like onions ,but gets crazy to cut in a lot, anyway did u see in tips cutting onions without tears ,now I try this method
