| Ingredients | |
|---|---|
| ¼ tsp | Garlic powder (for butter mixture) |
| ½ tsp | Dried parsley |
| ¼ tsp | Garlic powder |
| 160 ml | Milk (2/3 cup ) |
| 2 cup | Bisquick mix |
| 2 tbsp | Butter |
| ½ cup | Cheddar cheese (shredded) |
Instructions
It just takes 30 minutes on the whole to finish up these cuties…
Step 1: Mix Bisquick mix, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and milk. The dough will be very sticky and that what we want. Do not over mix or beat you just want an even incorporation. Too much mixing will yield chewy biscuits, if you want fluffy biscuits then gently mix and leave them alone. Preheat oven to 450 F and keep it ready. Now take a small portion about size of a golf ball and place them in the baking sheet leaving enough place between each roll. This mixture should yield about 12 to 14 medium size biscuits. Place the baking tray int he middle rack and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile melt the butter, add the garlic powder and dried parley and mix well. Once the biscuits are ready, take them out of the oven and generously brush with the butter mixture. You can place back in the oven for a golden finish but not really necessary. Serve them warm anytime.
