A refreshing and healthy dish for evening snaks.
Ingredients | |

1 no | Grated beetroot |
30 cnt | Soaked groundnuts |
1 no | Finely chopped capcicum |
1 no | Grated ginger |
1 no | Coconut |
1 tsp | Lime juice |
1 no | Coriander (finely chopped) |
1 no | Curry leaves (chopped) |
Instructions
Mix all the ingrdients well. Add seasoning and salt to taste. This serves as a refreshing evening snak:)
