| 1 cup | Dosa batter |
| 1 cup | Sweet corn |
| 1 stks | Curry leaves |
| 1 tsp | Mustard seeds |
| 2 nos | Dry red chilli |
| 1 tsp | Salt or to taste |
| 1 T | Oil |
| 1 pinch | Hing |
Instructions
Take sweet corn in a bowl, add little water and microwave it for 4 minutes or just cook in a vessel with little water. Then allow it to cool for 2 minutes and then grind well with dry red chilli in mixie, to grind use the water which is used to cook corn ,that is enough.Mix this corn batter with dosa batter. Heat oil in a Kadai and add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add curry leaves and hing. Transfer these contents immediately into the batter. add salt to taste. Mix well. Notes
Do not grind corn when it is hot , it will burst. so allow it to cool before grinding. We can prepare this dosa at the finishing stage of our dosa batter, i mean when there is only 1 cup or 2 cups batter remaining in the fridge. while preparing dosa, try to drizzle some oil around the edge of each dosa, so that it will be easy to take and turn over.
