| 1 cup | Whole wheat flour |
| 1 cup | Whole milk or whatever u have |
| 1 cup | Four cheese -cheddar, monterey jack, colby and mozzarella |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Coriander cumin powder |
| 1 tsp | Chilli powder |
| 1 tsp | Pepper powder |
| 1 tsp | Ghee or oil |
Instructions
knead the atta with milk adding little by little and make a soft dough. knead for atleast 15 mts and set aside. roll out a roti and spread cheese and sprinkle coriander cumin pdr, pepper pdr, chilli pdr. now you need to fold this like an envelope. fold the roti on all the three sides to the center, one after the other and finally the top covers the envelope and roll out the paratta dusting with atta. heat the pan, cook the roti on both sides adding ghee or oil.
Notes
you can serve this tomato sauce or salsa or green chutney. you can also use chicken stuffing in this.
