tasty vegetarian meen kuzambu
Ingredients
200 g Paneer (cubed)
1 cup Spring onions(chopped finely)
1 cup Tomate(chopped)
2 nos Greenchillies (finely chopped )
2 T Gingelly oil[as per need]
2 T Gingergarlicpaste
2 T Chillipowder
pinch Turmeric powder
2 T Coriander /dhania powder
5 T Tamarid pulp
½ cup Coconutmilk
bunch Curryleaves
1 T Vengaya vadagam
Salt (as per taste

Instructions

put the paneer cubes in salted water and keep aside.place a big kadai and heat it.pour the oil,and when it is hot add the vengaya vadagam,just saute for 2 mts and add onion,tomatoes,chillies,ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and saute for5 mts.then add the turmeric,chilly powder,and coriander powder and saute for 1 mt and add 2 cups of water and let it boil for5 mts,add the tamarind paste and salt and let it boil,till the raw smell goes.now add the coconut milk and simmer for 5mts.finally add the paneer cubes and leave for 5 mts,remove from fire and enjoy with hot white rice  and papadam or vathal.
