Litchi / Lychee /Laichi / Litchu… have you heard of this fruit ??? Isn’t it sound like Chinese?? You’re right, this is a cute little berry like fruit native to China, recently gained humongous popularity everywhere. Being its peek season in June / July, this is overflowing in my local farmers market, with chinese people sneaking, smelling and bagging. First I was reluctant to buy but after tasting… which I would compare to that of Ice-apple / Nungu or even little bit like Tender coconut juice, this fruit have become a regular visitor to my home. Shared here is just the recipe for simple Litchi Juice all natural.
Litchi Juice / Lychee Juice / Litzi Juice / Litchi Puree

| 20 nos | Lychee |
| 2 cup | Water / soda / mango juice / mineral water |
Notes
Absolutely no sugar needed, very sweet naturally. Make it optional.
Mixing with little Vodka / Saki / Tequila Lemon / Ginger Ale would result in Margarita / Martini / Cocktail. Add in your own flavour like ginger / mint / lime.
Can be refrigerated for few hours, too much will result in stinky smell something like rubbing alcholol. Fresh is always best.
Yield: 2 cups approx.
This is available in all Chinese markets, some farmers markets and most supermarket chains. In India, some Nilgris and Reliance chains carry this item.
