| 2 no | Capsicum [chopped] |
| 2 no | Potato chopped |
| 1 no | Onion ( chopped for frying) |
| 1 no | Tomato |
| 1 tsp | Jeera |
| 1 tsp | Chilli and turmeric powder |
| 1 tsp | Oil |
| 1 stks | Coriander leaves |
Instructions
- cut onion tomato potatoes and capsicum finely
- take a pan add oil add jeera to it
- put onion fry till golden brown
- add tomato and bit salt
- fry till oil comes out
- add one tsp chilli and turmeric powder
- add chopped capsicum and potatoes
- add one cup water
- close it using lid
- cook till water evaporates and becomes like gravy
- garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
can add ginger garlic paste
can add garam masala
to make it more spicy
