Fried rice

Description

This is a simple and easy fried rice
Ingredients-1
1 cup Rice
Ingredients-2
1 cup Vegetable(carrot, beans, drumstick)
Ingredients-3
1 cnt Onion
Ingredients-4
1 tsp Salt
Ingredients-5
1 tbsp Ketch
Ingredients-6
1 T Garam masala whole

Instructions

Heat oil, add whole garam masala (cinnamon, cloves, bayleaf) and fry.

Add slit onions and fry, then add ginger garlic paste.

fry a little and add vegetables fresh or frozen. lasly add ketchup salt and fry.

add 2 cups of water for 1 cup basmati rice and keep for 1 whistle or keep in avessel and bring it to low flame for 20 minutes closing the lid.

 when ready u can serve with kuruma or raitha or channa masala.
