Ingredients | |

10 nos | Kadalai parupu |
2 tsp | Gingelly oil |
cup | Tamarind pulp |
2 cl | Chilli red |
2 no | Garlic (cut thin strips) |
2 nos | Curry |
1 tsp | Perungayam |
1 tsp | Vendayam |
10 no | Groundnut/peanuts |
Instructions
cook rice using 1:3 proportion of rice : water
allow it to cool spreading in plate
take kadai put 2-3 tsp oil add kadakai parupu,curry leaves, garlic and red chilly fry nicely
add ground nut and fry
add the tamarind pulp ,vendiyam powdred, perungayam powdered
allow it to boil for 10 minutes
cool it and mix with the rice
spicy puliodara ready
best with pickle
Notes
u can add urad dal also
gingelly oil and vendiyam add the aroma and taste
