Bajji Batter
In a vessel add gram flour,rice flour, salt , little garam masala powder,kesari colour,corn flour with water and prepare batter for bajji. keep it aside.
For masala (stuffings)
In a pan put oil add garam masala powder to it add onoins, green chilles and curry leaves which is finely chopped fry till it turns brown add chicken to it and fry for few minutes . add ginger garlic paste to it and fry . add tomato to it , when it is cooked add chillipowder, corriander powder and salt pour some water and allow it to boil. Make the chicken dry.
Hot Bajji
Wash capsicum and wipe it with cloth (remove the seeds inside it) . now fill the chicken stuffings inside it. Dip the stuffed capsicum in the batter which is prepared already and fry it in oil. When is cooked take it out . Garnish with corriander leaves. Serve them hot if you wish to have them crispy.
Notes
Instead of chicken panner can be used.
MAsala must be dry.
