Ingredients | |

1 | Bottle gourd (cubed) |
2 | Tomato (finely chopped or crushed) |
2 | Onion ( chopped) |
1 | Green chilli slit |
½ tsp | Haldi powder |
1 tsp | Chilli powder |
½ tsp | Garam masala powder |
Kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves) | |
2 T | Oil |
Salt to taste | |
1 tsp | Jeera |
2 stks | Corainder leaves (chopped for garnishing) |
Instructions
Take oil in a pan, add jeera, onions, green chilli and saute till brown. Add tomatoes, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala and saute till oil leaves sides. Add cubed bottle gourd and add water. Cover and cook till soft. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle kasoori methi after crushing in between your palms.
Serve with hot phulkas or chapathis.
