| 100 g | Kollu |
| 25 g | Pepper |
| 50 g | Moong dal |
| 10 g | Omam |
| 2 cup | Curry leaves |
| 1 cup | Murungai keerai washed |
| 1 T | Sundakai vathal |
| 1 T | Manathakali vathal |
| 1 T | Urad dal |
| 3 | Red chilli |
| 1 T | Pottu kadalai |
| Hing | |
| 1 T | Til seeds (ellu) |
| Salt to taste |
Instructions
Dry roast kollu, pepper, moong dal, omam, sundakkai, manathakali vathal, urad dal, 3-4 red chillies, til,pottu kadalai. Add hing. Keep aside. Take little oil in a pan and roast curry leaves, murungai keerai till crisp. Cool all and dry grind to a fine powder. Add salt.
Store in an airtight container and serve with hot rice and ghee or til oil.
