Try this simple curry with mushrooms and red bell pepper which goes great with chappathi or rice.

| 1 cup | Button mushrooms (chopped) |
| 1 cup | Red bell pepper (chopped) |
| 1 no | Onion ( chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 tsp | Cumin seeds |
| 1 tsp | Red chili powder |
| 1 tbsp | Coriander /dhania powder |
| Curry leaves ( little) | |
| Coriander leaves (chopped ) | |
| 2 tbsp | Oil |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| 1 tbsp | Butter (optional) |
Instructions
Saute cumin seeds in 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onions and ginger garlic paste and cook till translucent. Now add the chopped mushrooms and saute for a minute. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and a pinch of garam masala powder (if needed). Put curry leaves and close with a lid for 30 seconds. Now add chopped red bell pepper and cook for another 30 seconds. Switch of the stove and add a tbsp of butter. Garnish with coriander leaves.
