Prawn pulao

Description

Tastes different.
Ingredients
21 cup Basmati rice
21 cup Prawns
2 tsp Dhania powder
8 nos G.chillies
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
3 no Onions
1 bunch Coriander leaves
1 cup Mint
1 pinch Turmeric powder
4 no Cloves
2 nos Cardamon
8 nos Cashews
4 T Ghee
Salt
6 nos Tomato (diced)
1 cup Oil

Instructions

1.Take pressure cooker,add ghee and fry cloves,cardamon,cashew,mint, remaining onions and fry

2.After done add tomatoes

3.Now add marinated prawns and fry till oil seperates.

4.After done add rice and fry.

5.Add required water and cook.

6.Garnish with1/2 cup coriander leaves and serve hot.

Notes

Soak rice in water for an hour

Grind ginger,garlic,g.chillies,1 onion,dhania powder,coriander leaves.Marinate the ground mixture with prawns adding salt.
