Kids like to eat popsicle/kuchi ice. It's our tamilnadu style popsicle.
Rose ice/ Rosemilk ice/ kuchi ice.
When i was a kid i asked my mom to buy this ice from ice man…but she refused buy from him and she made this for me….it's my favorite…now a days i'm making this for me and my kids.

| 2 T | Rose syrup |
| 2 tsp | Sugar |
| 1 cup | Milk(full fat) |
Instructions
Boil the milk and let it to cool down. Mix sugar, milk and rose syrup. Pour this into popsicle or kulfi moulds. Keep it in the freezer over night or 5-6 hours.
It's ready to eat now.
Notes
I don't have moulds so i used 2 small sized tumblers.
I bought popsicle sticks in michales craft store.

Kavi, is full fat milk same as Vitamin D milk? or can we make the icecream with Vitamin D milk?
Yes Manju,It is Vitamin D milk , u can get Rose syrup in indian store.

Rose syrup is different from Rose water.
Rose water is plain water with mild flavour of the roses.
Rose syrup is sugary syrup in dark rose color used ofr flavouring cakes,dessert etc

Kuchi ice a marankkave mudiyaadhu.. Road la paal ice, cup ice, kuchi eeee nu ice man vithuttu povaanga.
Even my mom refused to get this for me often due to contamination.
All those days are golden, but now my kid loves this. I will try this and let you know. Thanks for sharing
