| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 1 tbsp | Chilli powder |
| 6 nos | Curry leaves (chopped) |
| 2 tbsp | Cheese (shredded) |
| 1 no | Green chili (finely chopped) |
| 1 cup | Capsicum[chopped] |
| 1 cup | Carrot (grated) |
| 1 cup | Onion ( chopped) |
| 4 nos | Eggs |
| 3 tbsp | Oil |
Instructions
Beat the eggs with turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, salt and keep it aside. Saute onion with 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add carrot, capsicum, green chillies, curry leaves to it and saute for 2 minutes. Now add this mixture with the eggs. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and pour the omelette mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on it and fry it till golden. Serve hot.
