| 1 cup | Chicken breast pieces |
| 1 no | Onion |
| 3 no | Green chilli chopped |
| 1½ tsp | Chopped ginger |
| 2 tsp | Chopped garlic |
| 2 tsp | Red chilli powder |
| ½ tsp | Fennel seed powder |
| ½ tsp | Cumin seed powder |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| ¼ cup | Corn flour |
| ½ cup | Bread crumbs |
| 1 T | Chopped cilantro |
| 3 nos | Curry leaves |
| Oil for frying | |
| Salt as per taste | |
| ¼ tsp | Turmeric powder |
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast pieces into small pieces, cut onion too..add oil in a pan..fry the onion until they change the colour, add ginger, garlic n chopped green chillies pieces,n stir it until the raw smell goes away, add chicken pieces n stir until they cook..when the chicken pieces r slightly cooked add turmeric powder, karam masala, fennel seed powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt n stir everything together, keep in simmer n dont add water, cover the pan with the lid, so that chicken pieces may leave water, cook until water evaporates.
Grind everything in a blender, while blending add curryleaves, cilantro leaves together, never add water, will be very hard to grind, dont grind continously, take ur own time to grind everything slightly coarsely..check for salt if its less add salt at this stage n grind slightly..
Add corn flour with the ground mix..mix together nicely with ur fingers,make balls with ur fingers n roll them in bread crumbs nicely..Keep in fridge for atleast 1 hour n fry them as deep frying..
Serve them hot with Ketchup r mint chutney..Enjoy !!!!!!!!
Notes
Can use split chick peas flour(pottukadalai flour) r else half egg in place of corn flour, if u r using split chick peas flour u have to fry the meat balls without storing them in fridge.
