A New way of thengai chutney which sure eveyone will like, will taste like hotels

| 1 cup | Grated coconut |
| 1 cup | Channa dhal(potukadalai) |
| 3 cnt | Green chilli |
| 2 pinch | Ginger |
| 2 pinch | Tamarind |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| Corriander leaves for garnishing | |
| Oil (for sautering) | |
| Curry leaves | |
| Mustard seed (for tempering) | |
| Urad dhal for seasoning |
Instructions
Pour little oil in a kadai, and put coconut, potukadalai, green chillies, ginger and tamarind and slightly saute in a low flame for 2 mins.
cool the ingredients and grind it.
saute the chutney with mustard, urad dhall and curry leaves and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
